History and Client compliments

After 14 years with the Phoenix law firm of Shapiro & Anderson and serving as its Managing Partner for the last 4 years, Mr. Anderson started his own boutique law firm in April 2005, with a renewed focus on providing personal attention to his most valued clients. Leaving behind the largest national mortgage loan servicing companies and lenders, he now only works with private lenders or the smaller mortgage companies who appreciate direct access and personal attention from their attorney.

Mr. Anderson limited his practice to assisting other foreclosure trustees that operate in Arizona, and select mortgage lenders with their problem cases. His practice also includes handling excess proceeds cases.  

The firm handled a small number of cases compared to other attorneys or foreclosure companies, providing Mr. Anderson with the time to give individual attention to each client and each case as a unique situation and opportunity to find an effective and creative solution for the client.

The law firm only handled cases in the state of Arizona.
